SS Bushed Steel Chain is perfect for working underneath exceptionally gritty or abrasive condi-tions. This chain is often called ?¡ãSteel Bushed?¡À or ?¡ãRollerless.?¡À Every part is machined and heat treated using the outcome of strength and dress in, assuring optimum fit for the pins and bushings. Sidebars are created to accommodate the ends in the pins which lock into place from the sidebars and will not rotate in the course of operation.
The materials used are very carefully picked. The pins are alloy steel that have nickel, chrome and molybdenum, which improves the chain life as a result of its greater fatigue resistance, enhanced abrasive resistance, and increased tensile power at the two high and reduced temperatures. Sprockets can be found in cast steel and fabricated when needed.
